KTX FINANCIAL (the "Sponsor")
This KTX Financial Promotional Offer ("Promotional Offer") is subject to the following rules ("Rules").
Eligibility
This Promotional Offer is available to the first 500 people who:
- Fund a mortgage in Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba or New Brunswick through KTX Financial starting midnight October 1st 2009 and by midnight March 1st 2010, Eastern Time.
Only one gift certificate per mortgage funded.

Clients who qualify for the Promotional Offer will be notified upon first consultation with one of our licensed mortgage brokers and can accept their gift upon the closing date of their mortgage loan. The mortgage loan closing date must be by midnight March 1st 2010. Qualifying clients should receive their gift within two to four weeks of notification.
General Conditions
1. The Sponsor will not be responsible for telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, late, illegible, garbled or delayed internet computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof or for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
2. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Promotional Offer if Promotional Offer entries become corrupted for any reason. If for any reason the Promotional Offer is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotional Offer is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of (but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or withdraw the Promotional Offer without prior notice and without liability to the Sponsor. If the Promotional Offer is terminated, the Sponsor shall give notice online at www.ktxfinancial.ca.
3. The Promotional Offer is governed by the laws of Canada and any applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
4. All taxes, fees, and surcharges, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
5. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotional Offer from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Promotional Offer and the awarding, use or misuse of the prize, including liability for personal injury or damage to property.
